Chef-owner Maggie Drennon volunteered her comfort food for Open Table and Food Pantry programs throughout the pandemic, serving 80 isolated elderly residents in South Berkshire County every week. Word of her talent spread, and she started her long journey toward a full service commercial kitchen. After a rigorous two year process, Loose Goose is now a USDA and FDA approved wholesaler comprised of a current team of 4 disabled women, including a Veteran. Maggie is excited to feed this community and offer her ready-to-eat menu in the Berkshires and Hudson Valley.
