Chef-owner Maggie Drennon volunteered her comfort food for Open Table and Food Pantry programs at the beginning of the pandemic. For all of 2020, she fed 80 elderly Berkshire County residents every week. Word of her talent spread, and the Loose Goose kitchen was born. After a five year journey through the rigorous federal regulations process, Loose Goose is now a USDA and FDA approved facility. Maggie is excited to offer her wholesale menu to stores in the Berkshires and Hudson Valley. Her clean, classic style is sure to add more happy customers!
